By booking a taxi through our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Dropin Taxii through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3. Fare and Pricing
Taxi fares are calculated based on the selected vehicle type, travel distance, and applicable charges.
Toll charges, parking fees, permit charges, and state taxes (if applicable) are extra unless otherwise specified.
Driver bata charges apply as per the selected travel package.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, night travel, and special requests.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
Customers may pay through approved payment methods including cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted payment options. Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain bookings.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before driver allocation may be eligible for a full refund if applicable.
Cancellation charges may apply after booking confirmation or driver assignment.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate pickup and drop information.
Being available at the scheduled pickup time.
Maintaining proper conduct during the journey.
Ensuring personal belongings are not left in the vehicle.
Dropin Taxii is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
7. Driver and Vehicle Allocation
Vehicle models shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Depending on availability, a similar category vehicle may be provided. Driver assignments are subject to operational requirements and availability.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
Dropin Taxii shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Safety and Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and fellow passengers. Any illegal activity, abusive behavior, or violation of applicable laws may result in termination of service without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation services, Dropin Taxii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful software, or engage in activities that may disrupt website functionality.
